Since 2003, we have completed a diverse range of project types, with a primary focus on adaptive reuse and commercial renovation. We find rehabilitation work challenging, but we believe it is a vital form of sustainability. Preserving and adding to an existing structure is often the most rewarding way to build. This perspective does not preclude new construction; rather, it demands that new buildings be designed with a high degree of purpose and respect for their context. Occasionally, we accept commissions for significant, modern residential projects that align with this rigorous design philosophy.
